Singing In The Car To Katy Perry: Just Another Reason To Love The Ladies Of ‘Awkward’

Club sports, peer-to-peer counseling and student government are all standard extracurricular activities at Palos Hills High School, but the actresses of “ Awkward” have made a compelling case for the addition of a chorus line.
On the way to dinner last night, Nikki Deloach, Jillian Rose Reedand Molly Tarlovdecided to pump themselves up by singing “Part of Me” by Katy Perryin the car at the top of their lungs — and the corresponding video Jillian posted to Instagram had us wishing we were riding shotgun
. “Just my best friends @nikkdeloach @mollytarlov all that’s missing is @desilydic” posted. This belongs on the Prismatic tour!
Thankfully, Desi Lydicdideventually join the ladies once they finally sat down to break bread, and according to Nikki, it was a meal for the ages. “We ate so much cheese and pasta. So much. These ladies fill my heart with joy,” she tweeted. PLEASE TELL US A TRUE-TO- FORM SLUMBER PARTYFOLLOWED!
